Future of work – going from idea to action

In this second Future of Work workshop session, we take a deeper dive into the specific methods, processes and building blocks companies should focus on developing, to become attractive for the globalizing workforce and to build agility and change-readiness into their DNA.

This session takes a deeper look at the “What” and “How” of preparing for the future of work. It answers the questions of:

“What”: What do you need to focus on to make these transitions and create a foundation for success?

“How”: How do we implement these important factors into our companies, to increase our chances for success and continued competitiveness in the future?

The “What” section of this session will include the following, among other, topics:

  • What difficulties are companies facing today with regard to talent attraction, retention and hybrid work?
  • What tools and knowledge a company needs to manage change; both rapid change and change on the long run.
  • What needs to be established in the company to create a workplace that attracts and retains talent
  • What recruitment processes need to be in place to hire for the internal culture
  • Defining culture values and core pillars that define your company, how you work and what your mission “in life” is
  • And much more

After we have walked through the “What” we move on to the “How” of the session.

In this second part of the session, I will walk you through how to use some of the practical processes and procedures I spoke about earlier in the session. This structure, of understanding what to do, followed up with how to do it, should support a better understanding and help you bring the methods and processes back into your company.

Attendees for workshop 2: Start-ups and Scale-ups that are ready for a change and want to improve their internal procedures, but are looking for suggestions and frameworks that are suitable for their specific companies. Everyone is of course welcome, even if they work in HR, IT, are the CEO or the cleaning personnel.
