The Future of Work, Session 3

Preparing for the future; a hands-on interactive session

Duration: 3H

In the third and more hands-on workshop, in this Future of Work Workshop series, we are ready to get down to business and work with best practice processes and solution proposals, that can help guide your company in the right direction for future talent attraction, retention and hybrid working.  

We will work with actual case studies, where you will work in groups to come up with solution suggestions to the different scenarios. The session will be guided by me and you will get an introduction to the different processes and theories we work with, before we take them into use together.  

In this session you are able to bring scenarios or cases from your own company, which we will then look at and work on together.  

Depending on the amount of attendees and how many are willing to share your own challenges, we will be able to work on real scenarios and most likely help with solution proposals for these specific challenges you and others might be facing.  

What will you get out of this session?  

The purpose of the session and the case studies is to give you the tools to 

  • Identify and tailor your own culture 
  • Identify recruitment potential based on your best talent 
  • Structure an L&D plan for hybrid work  
  • Build a foundation for agility/change readiness into your company 

Get your hands into the matter, try out your new knowledge and bounce ideas around in a safe environment, with feedback and improvement suggestions.  

The topics we will work on during this session will be open for other suggestions too, so bring your questions, possible challenges you and your team are facing, along with an open mind and get ready for an interactive session.

Start-ups and Scale-ups that are ready for a change and want to improve their internal procedures, and are looking for suggestions and frameworks that are suitable for their specific companies. Everyone is of course welcome, even if they work in HR, IT, are the CEO or the cleaning personnel.
