The Future of Work, Session 1

The why, what and how of preparing for “the future of work”

Duration: 2H

This first Workshop on The Future of Work starts out with giving you a “status quo” of the globalizing workforce, i.e. what employees these days look for in companies, and what successful companies are doing to attract and retain talent.

We then dig into what you as a company can do to:

  • create an attractive workplace
  • retain and attract talent
  • recruit the right people
  • manage change and transitions
  • help your employees transition to hybrid/WFH work

and last, but not least, we look into the “how” of the above-mentioned topics. We walk through practical tools and processes you can use as inspiration, and even take back to your company and present to your team straight away, if you want to get a good head start in building an attractive culture and company.

You will leave the workshop with a better understanding of why looking to the current demands of the workforce, will help your company build a stronger foundation for the future. You will also learn what you can do to start moving towards creating a workplace that attracts and retains talent, and you will learn a few fundamental processes that you easily can implement in your company.

In this future of work workshop, interactivity is guaranteed and questions you might have will either be discussed in the group, or in a 1:1 session after the workshop.
